An all time classic that everyone will love - great for a quick, easy and casual meal.
- 1-1/2 (375ml) cups spiral pasta
- 2 medium potatoes diced
- 1 large onion diced
- 1/2 jar pasta sauce
- 1 large tomato
- 2 sticks celery
- 1/3 cup (80ml) peas
- 1/4 capsicum
- leftover diced beef (optional)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 2 OXO Beef stock cubes or Vegetable stock cubes
- Heat oil in large saucepan and stir to coat vegetables.
- Add 2 OXO Beef flavoured or OXO Vegetable stock cubes mixed in 500ml water.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 20 mins.
- Add water to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve with chunky bread
